About John Frederick

John Frederick has been diving since 1952, and has thousands of hours as an acclaimed SCUBA instructor.  He became a diving instructor in 1959 in Tripoli, Libya, and since that time, has been teaching beginning through instructor level divers around the world.  He has helped develop many innovative programs for diving organizations and published numerous articles in diving magazines and instructor manuals.
