Scuba Training International (STI) is an elite SCUBA training program designed to be international in scope. Our mission is to promote much higher training standards than any other SCUBA certification agency. STI will use the very latest online technology in testing, student registrations and renewals; while providing instructors with critical information and current certification status. We currently offer the following THREE (3) levels of STI certification:
There are currently over 150 assorted agencies around the world certifying SCUBA divers or instructors with little or no regulation. It is important that the sport begin a conscious effort towards self-regulation to improve our standards and protect public safety. Being a "certified diver" needs to translate into the same knowledge and skills regardless of dive location.
